Marino and the team are extremely professional. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and regular updates meant I did not have to worry a single bit! They went above and beyond with their service- it's as if I'm driving a brand new car out of the showroom. 100% recommended.
You guys forgot to repaint the black part of my cars rear bumper. How do you charge the insurance company but not doing the work you promised to do? Your staff also made very inappropriate jokes about me robbing the bank when I tried to pay the $400 excess with cash when picking up the car. Grossly unprofessional. You guys also ripped off part of my drivers side tint and asked me to come in during work hours JUST TO CHECK if the tint guy had the correct tints for my car to fix the tint (which I would have had to take annual leave from work, without a guarantee that the tint would be fixed -depending if the tint guy had the right tints) Also I was promised that I would get the car back in 1 weeks, but instead had to wait 1.5 weeks. I will never use you guys service ever again, the paint finish doesn’t even look OEM, I can’t believe BMW use you guys as a designated repaired. But maybe it’s just my bad luck. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The only good thing was the reception lady seemed nice and empathetic.

5 Star Service from the whole team at Eurotech - including the lovely reception / admin ladies. Great communication, efficient, friendly and the quality of the repair work was excellent. Highly recommend, there is a slight wait time to get your vehicle in for repairs due to them being so busy. However they are busy because clearly they are the best!

Harry was extremely nice and friendly, and he took my urgently small job on a random day. That got me out of a lot of trouble. I used to go to another BMW service provider on Northshore (they are listed as a BMW partner on the official website), but they tried to convince me that the part was the last one in the country. I'll be waiting for two weeks if I don't save the order right now. It turned out to be a lie and they even quoted twice the price. On the phone and via email, Harry, on the other hand, responded quickly and efficiently. He was very patient in order to do the best job possible. Recommend to everyone.
We've worked in with Marino and the team multiple times over the past 7 years as our vehicles go through some rigorous 4WD work!
