   I am writing this review to formally bring a serious matter to the attention of the company’s management and ownership. I was involved in a distressing road incident in Auckland involving a company-branded vehicle. The driver’s conduct was aggressive and unprofessional, causing significant distress and concern for public safety. There was also damage to my vehicle during the incident. The matter has been reported to New Zealand Police, and I have video evidence documenting the event if required. This behaviour falls well below the professional and safety standards expected in New Zealand. I strongly encourage the company to review staff conduct, training, and oversight to ensure incidents like this do not occur again. This review is posted to ensure awareness and appropriate action.

   Thank you to the team at SB Appliance for fixing my DeLonghi oven during Christmas time. I am very happy with the workmanship. After calling a few places, the kind and friendly manner I received from the receptionist at SB left a great first impression. Amar and Sunny arrived promptly, well dressed and professional. They both explained the fault needed to be fixed and ordered the parts promptly. Sending a text of ETA is such a great way to make customers feel valued.    Really happy with our oven getting fixed. No hidden cost or extra diagnosis fees. The technician Amar was quick and efficient. He had the parts and knew the issue within a few minutes of arriving. He advised the problem, quoted the cost and fixed my oven within less than 20mins. Highly recommend. Great work! Will use you guys again.

   Amazing service! Super friendly customer service so helpful! my washing machine is running like new and so good now! I am so happy I didn’t have to end up buying a new 1 after all especially being so close to Christmas plus I wasn’t ready to give up on my Simpson washing machine of 10 plus years I knew she still had life left in her so when I found AB appliances and there guy came and took a look and fixed my washing machine in under an hour I was super impressed and price was affordable and fair to! So happy thanks again AB appliances ☺️ will definitely recommend you guys!!

   Although I was not at home when Sunny came around to fix my washing machine. I am very happy with his service. He knew exactly what to do when he saw the fault code on the washing machine's display. He opened it up, fixed, then tested, confirmed all was ok and then was on his way. His prices and call out fees are very reasonable when compared to similar companies in the area. He'll be my go to person in future if any other appliances break down.

   My fisher & paykel dryer had a squeaky sound on both directions. I called the team at SB Appliances and they came within the week. The culprit was a main bearing which I was told was unusual. Couple of days later the part arrived and by the end of the week part repaired. Been using the dryer all day thank you SB Appliances.
