Great place to work out and the gym equipment is in great condition there are group classes and access to a heated swimming pool. This a owner operator business and support local.
Loads of car parking and gear, necessary waiting for equipment. Friendly staff, said good morning and knows you by name. However it isn't a 24 HR gym and you can't control the showers temperature
