Bespoke cycles have been round my house 3 times now over the years (for e-bike and road bike) and the service is impeccable. Dan is responsive, friendly and goes above and beyond, fixing and tweaking things outside of the scope of the repair. On top of that, he fits you in quickly and reasonably priced! Dan has a wonderful attitude towards his customers. He is extremely professional around bikes. His mobile workshop is well equipped to cope with all customer requirements. He arrives on time, is very courteous and we found his pricing to be agreeable.
Dan offers such a great mobile service and had no issue with coming to my home to service my bikes. Great communication and he got my bikes up and running sweet again. Dan is friendly and honest and I highly recommend using his service. He even takes the time weeks after the service to check in to see how things are going with the bikes.
