I've been going here for my annual skin checks for the last few years and have always had a good experience. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.
I went here for an ingrown toenail and had an appointment with Dr Thompson. Dr Thompson was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, comforting, informative and very professional. Definitely would recommend to others, as my experience was very positive. :))
Recently I visited Torbay skin and was greeted by a delightful receptionist. I was seen by Clare Gunn on time who gave me a full check. She discovered a lesion which required excision. This was done promptly by Dianne. The whole experience was done with absolute efficiency. I would like to thank all the staff involved.
Waited for an hour past the appointment time with my 89yr old, wheelchair-bound step father, eventually had to re-book and leave. Returned 3 weeks later and waited another 45 minutes to be seen. Both times kept being told "it won't be much longer" Reception staff very nice, but as a business they have no idea how to manage bookings, or communicate effectively to their customers. Already have to deal with possible skin cancers, this is an added stress,. If you can, choose somewhere else.
