   This is a small store with all your favorite toy brands: Lego, Siku, Sylvan Family, Ty, Schick and msny more. Do take advantage of their sales.

   Love the store!!!! Clean easy flow layout and super friendly staff. Usually just pop in to top up my AT Hop card but can't stop myself from browsing the amazing Lego and Playmobil range.

   Tried to support a local busimess rather than the big malls.This turned to be a mistake. Made a purchase of 2 lego sets for a birthday present. As i bought 2 there was a 15% discount. 3days later i purchased another expensive lego and asked nicely if i could get the 15%as this was now 3 pieces ...answer was no. I then wanted to return one of the earlier pieces as it was not wanted as the present and was rudely told that i could not receive the money back just a useless store credit. Also asked again about 15% discount i missed out on and again was rudely told that would not be happening. Never go back and certainly dont recommend to anyone!

   The worst toy store in Auckland. I got two boxes of Lego for my Birthday. I wanted to exchange one for 80$ more expensive item and pay the difference. Had to buy the second item separately as staff member did not know how to do the exchange. I got back next day to sort it out hoping that they will give me refund for the unwanted box but after a long discussion with the rude owner I ended up with 100$ store credit. I never go back. Awful customer service considering that my boyfriend spent there 350$ in 2 days.
