We have always used Holgate Browns Bay, and the service is excellent. We recently needed mechanical and panel repairs, and the team got it done super quick so we could have the car back for Xmas. Greatly appreciated. These guys are the best! If there were 10 stars, they would get them!
Great repair job but communication was not so great. 1 person was texting me, another emailing, 1 person I spoke to when I called them and then another called me back.. all 4 saying different things. Pick up of vehicle was almost an issue as repairs ran late but owner sorted for me especially as it was a public holiday weekend.
The whole process was easy and very engaging. I was kept in the loop all the way and the repairs were done quick and to a high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They will definitely be my first choice if I need panel beaters in the future.

Mike and his team in the Browns Bay branch repaired two of my company vehicles. Dropped off the cars in the morning and had them ready at the end of the day. Fantastic service and amazing team!
I’m a first time customer as they were recommended by my insurer. The service that I received from them was nothing less than outstanding. They are professional, friendly, honest and extremely customer focused. They did a fantastic job with my car repairs and were very efficient. Communication from them was always consistent and clear. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. My first time with the guys here as insurer directed me to them. I found them when they were already very busy but when I explained my situation, Nicky and her team went above and beyond to squeeze my car in for a quick job to make it acceptably roadworthy pending the full repair so I did not have to go without a car for weeks. When the horrific Auckland Anniversary flooding hit, I honestly would have understood receiving no communication from them but that night they sent out emails to all their customers whose repair schedule were affected. Then they booked me back in for repair within only a few hours after that, despite me actually telling them to take time to do what they need to do first. When I took my car for repair in the days preceding the cyclone and Mike took the time to explain to me their safekeeping strategy. I fully anticipated delays since the weather affected us all but then the team pulled through on schedule. I even ran late on my way to pick the car up due to unexpected traffic caused by a road incident but Mike was so understanding about it too. All in all, top notch people, top notch service. My car is as if the accident never happened and I am almost really glad it happened because now I know where I will definitely go for anything car related. Thank you everyone at Holgate Panelbeaters Browns Bay, you guys truly are the heroes! Thank you especially to Nicky for all your patience, kindness and empathy as I navigated my way through this for the first time and asked a lot of what must have been quite silly questions!
