Just call for an appointment and told me "they cannot treat me as I have visa less than 2 years" even though I told them I can pay for the service".remove this type of foolish rules and give priority to patients as it is a matter of health.
As a new client I was welcomed with beautiful smiles from the Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor-such a lovely first impression!!
I would definitely recommend this medical centre to everyone. I am a new patient to this practce. I phoned Monday after 12 for an emergency appointment, the receptionist was so lovely and said they can see me the same day at 3pm. I saw Dr Audrey Thorpe. What a great first impression. Dr Audrey took her time to listened to what I was saying, she was caring and very helpful. Im very grateful to the receptionist for squeezing me in to see the Dr on short notice. Thank you North Habour Medical for a great experience.
Had a sick child and have taken her to White Cross Glenfield where I was told that due to staff shortages they were unable to see her as there were no doctors or nurses on site. I then chose to enroll my family to North Harbour Medical Centre. (My partner told me to enroll a year ago lol my bad) On that same day as I was filling in forms, they had an open appointment slot and were able to see my daughter straight away. The staff are the best! Receptionist was very very helpful and welcoming and Dr Priyanka was thorough with her examination. They also accept Southern Cross Health Insurance which helps so much! So far, great experience. Easy to deal with. Thank you NHMC
My husband and I have 3 children and all 5 of us have received excellent medical help and support from the doctors. We have been coming to North Harbour Medical Centre for the last 20 years. We have a main GP here but are very happy to see any of the wonderful and knowledgeable doctors here. They have helped with numerous ailments over the years and would highly recommend them!
To be frank its long waits , disinterested doctors who treat us like sheep- they are the “professionals “ and we are the swine that they lower themselves to treat if they can be bothered. After years of this poor service I am voting with my feet after being only one in waiting room, saw my doctor swan in and out over 30 mins past my appt time and ignore me- so I walked out and never going back.Receptionist just sat there doing nothing, no apology, no update, no interest.
I finally got a call for my phone consultation 5 hours after my scheduled morning appointment. They were only 2 hours late for my second appointment, but for my 3rd appointment I called the clinic after having no contact for more than 5 hours to be notified my doctor had left.
Great doctors. I've lived with a medical condition for a long time that won't go away. Over the years I've skipped from centre to centre trying to find a doctor that is helpful. I've stuck with North Harbour Medical Centre for a few years now because not only do they have one doctor that's great, they actually have 3 doctors that are amazing with helping me manage my health. Can't recommend them enough. Reception staff are lovely too.
I am never going back to this place. Receptionist Debbie is lovely, however I have seen two of the doctors here and they are both as old as the earth is. I did not find them approachable or overly helpful. I found myself telling them what tests and pills they were needing to prescribe me with. I do not have faith them and really don't reccomend these doctors to any one.
I found these guys to be fine. Everything in one place. xrays blood tests all done 7 days a week which is realy easy. You don't get the same doc every time but hey you can't have everything
