Roberta has helped me immensely over the last few months. I have regained warmth in my feet and hands which I have always been cold. I started seeing Roberta for my fertility at a time where I felt quite hopeless. I have a history of low AMH, endometriosis and had been trying to conceive for around 2 years. I had attempted multiple fertility preservation cycles with minimal success, as well as a few unsuccessful rounds of ovulation induction and IUI. I had previously seen other acupuncture practitioners but felt like their approach was very forceful and made me feel more overwhelmed with the fertility journey. After meeting Roberta I instantly liked her direct yet compassionate approach and how she was very realistic with her recommendations. Roberta helped prepare my mind and body for IVF through acupuncture, and fortunately our first round resulted in a pregnancy! I continued to see Roberta throughout my pregnancy, which was uncomplicated for both myself and baby, and gave birth to my beautiful boy at 37 weeks. I ended up having an unplanned home birth as my labour was very quick, but all went well and was a positive experience for all. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what the main contributors to my IVF success, uncomplicated pregnancy and positive birth were, but I do believe acupuncture played a big part and I am very thankful to Roberta for her emotional and physical support during this time.
I have to say, Roberta is amazing. She made me feel calm, particularly on those days when I really wondered whether another baby was on the cards for me. I did 3 months of acupuncture and fell pregnant naturally. I believe it absolutely helped, if not just to help me relax with the whole process. Apart from hoping it would help in my journey, I loved the sessions as they were so relaxing and were a great way for me to just zone out for 45 minutes or so. I would highly recommend Dr Vitalis and I am SO glad I found them. I would love to come back just to have some general acupuncture for relaxation purposes. Thank you Roberta and Dr Vitalis!
This is the place to come if you want expert care when trying to have a baby. I felt defeated after 2 unsuccessful IVF rounds and a miscarriage. Roberta helped my body prepare for my third and final round of IVF, leading to a successful transfer. She then supported me throughout my pregnancy - both with acupuncture and good conversation! I now have a very happy and healthy little girl who is here because Roberta and Vitalis were part of our village and will be back again when it's time for baby number 2.
Strongly recommend Dr Vitalis Acupuncture for fertility acupuncture. I was a bit sceptical about acupuncture as I didn't know a lot about it. Vitalis and Roberta were fantastic and helped explain things and then provide great treatments (I almost fell asleep in each session, that's how much it helped me relax). I'm now in my second trimester, and can't thank them enough. We had a long journey to get here and having acupuncture as another tool to try really helped us.

I would like to thank Roberta from Dr Vitalis for her care and support prior and during my pregnancy. I started my pregnancy quite anxious due to my past history of miscarriages, but as I left our sessions, each time I felt relaxed and far less stressed. This wasn't only due to the acupuncture but it was also her ability to create a warm and reassuring environment for her clientele. I now have a healthy and content baby boy!
I've seen Vitalis since 2018 for treatment of anxiety and to assist with fertility. Acupuncture was new to me, so it was reassuring to feel completely confident in knowing I was in good hands with Vitalis. With regular acupuncture, I conceived my first daughter naturally in 2018, in my late thirties, and the birth was smooth-sailing. Amazing! Now in my early 40's, we had difficulty conceiving a second time around. After a year and a half and a few unsuccessful ovulation induction treatments at an IVF clinic, we were able to conceive naturally with regular acupuncture! I'm currently 14 weeks along with a healthy baby! I'm so thankful to Vitalis/Roberta for their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend them if you've been trying to conceive for some time and have had unsuccessful attempts with traditional fertility treatments. I always find the treatments so relaxing - I never want to leave at the end of the session.
