   I was bring my custom ED Priwitte cue to the shop ask change cue tip. They asked me left front shaft in the shop and told me to pick up later. Couple days later I went to shop to pick up my cue but they stealing my ivory head and change a plastic head. When I ask where is my original head. They told me ivory head was broken during they changed cue tip. After that I was ask get my ivory head put back to my cue they ask me wait about 2 weeks then put a fake ivory head for me It’s really really bad behavior so I suggest people don’t go to this kind of shop anymore they are lier.    What superb service from Excellence Billiards. I required new pockets for my slate table. They arrived within 3 days of ordering & i needed someone to remove old & install the new. Excellence Billiards recommended a gent named Kerry based here in Christchurch. He came & inspected & dismantled what he had to & returned the following day to complete. What outstanding service & workmanship(hard to get these days.)Highest recommendation.

   Purchased Outdoor table with bench seats and table top November 2021, took a couple of weeks to finally arrive. One bench seat was faulty. Got a cover for the keeping the faulty bench seat. Table Top finally arrived 21 March 2022 - EXTREMELY DAMAGED. Top was collected end of April 2022 and to date I have had to follow up regarding replacement. Customer service is a joke. Having to re punch nails into pocket holders, again not fixed by company. Paid a fortune all up, this is not a happy customer.

   The company were easy to deal with, the staff very helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars, I ordered during the pandemic! Once the table arrived in the container there was a bit of a breakdown in communication which left me confused as to what was happening! But really with the world as is it you have to wait for specialist items and be patient. I will definitely continue to do business with Excellence Billiards over the years, as the need arises. The pool table is super quality and the install was expertly done. You can’t really ask for more can you?!
