   Ken is a legend! My BMW 135i had a electrical failure and was diagnosed first at 2 other places on the Shore without a solution. I dropped my car off at Bellars, being the last place before I potentially gave up on the car. Ken looked at it straight away and within a week figured out what the issue was and fixed it! I highly recommend the team at Bellars!! Ken was in contact all the time as well as Tania! I will be using Bellars for everything to do with my two BMW’s.

   Bellars are excellent. They service my Mini Cooper S. I learnt my lesson the hard way and used a local mechanic to save time. I live a long way away from Bellars. Big mistake, they stuffed my car up. So, tail between my legs, I went back to Bellars today who sorted my car out. They know their minis. An expensive lesson. So definitely recommend these guys. The lady on reception is awesome, and Ken and Paul are top mechanics. They won't rip you off and have looked after my mini for 5 years now.

   Absolutely appalling service the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever come across. If you don't no what your talking about pass the phone to the mechanic! Don't be so nasty then hang up on customers. Looking at your reviews this isn't the first time and it won't be the last. It sounds like karen needs to calm tf down and have a wine

   Bellars Motor Works are thieves and robbers, BMW owners be warned... My car had a problem and I asked for a quote and Bellars Motor Work told me they can repair it, however they are liars and they were unable to repair my car and still billed me the labour cost, wasted my time and a hundreds of dollars, I know times are bad and they use this tactic to lure customers and I almost wanted to let this case close however the old lady Tania is very rude and not professional at all, how does she run the business with that kind of bad attitude and poor customer service? BMW owners on NZ forum always said BAD news and service will travel very fast. Send your BMW to Bellars Motor Works at your own peril. As usual this crook and dishonest garage will said no record or name of my car services... Same nasty reply you had for all the negative review, who will waste time on fake review? Bad review travel fast on bmw forums too.
