   As with most outlet stores it is hit and miss, but there is a large range of clothing in many different styles. Some prices are really good, and all are lower than original price. What you see is what they have, you do not have the same item in multiple sizes in most cases. Most items of clothing are the only one. So if it fits, and price is right, buy it then. Parking can be an issue when it is busy.

   I bought two chairs for my nail business and they didn’t send a wheel from one of the chairs, so I contacted them and let them know and they offered to give me 10% discount one chair as compensation so ofc I didn’t accept it, first cuz they didn’t have any more chair available and second cuz why I would have to buy another chair when it was them who didn’t send it he wheel and their response was that they don’t have wheels available so they going to give me 20% discount in any item! So bad I’m never buying from this website ever again.

   Terrible, ordered two pairs of snow goggles and only one arrived. Late, as well as completely smashed up and damaged. They offerred me a 30% refund, and then finally a 50% refund after emails back and forth. They do not care about the customer, and blatantly try to take advantage in the event of a return/refund.

   Please avoid buying anything from this page. For Christmas, I got two electronic vouchers. The ads say that the vouchers are to redeem online immediately. However, it wasn't the case. I never received the coupons; Christmas was getting closer, and I contacted the customer service team, and it took me four weeks and an infinite number of emails to get help. I asked to speak to someone or a number I could call as the situation was getting too upsetting, so they decided to ignore me. There is no customer service number, and getting the right help is almost impossible. Avoid at all costs! The advertising is false, and the voucher wasn't available immediately. Worse experience with customer service as well, they don't help, and they are genuinely careless and have zero empathy.

   Such a horrible company! I ordered a mattress protector and they sent me a USED one & they expect me to follow a returns process which is a complete waste of my time. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want something second hand or expired. Honestly don't trust them!
