   I stumbled upon this place completely by accident while window-shopping and I’m so glad I did. I’d never heard of it before and neither had anyone I mentioned it to which I absolutely love. I bought my very first pair of trousers from here back in January 2022. At the time they were a bit loose so I didn’t really wear them until December but when I finally fit into them I felt amazing. I’ve owned over seven pairs of trousers from places like Mirrou, Glassons, H&M and even Shein but none of them lasted. Either the stitching came undone, the color faded or the material just wasn’t comfortable. These trousers however are a game-changer. They’re literally my favorite pair and have become my go-to every time I go out. I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. Admittedly I’m not one to spend much on myself and these were most expensive pants I own around $160–$180 if I remember correctly but they’ve absolutely been worth it. Cause I mean, the fact that the Quality is still as amazing as it was when I first got it over 3 years ago, says a lot about it. I haven’t gone back since but this Christmas, I’ll definitely be treating myself to another pair. My trousers deserve a rest from me so I've got to get another one haha.

   A friendly dress shop.The staff are very good at finding the dress I wanted to wear to a spécial friend's wedding. .They did try their very best to find the dress that was just what I wanted To find that it was "made in New Zealand" So I would like to recommend this "all ages"dress shop.

   Returned a dress for change of mind, they don’t allow refunds but can do store credit, which is inconvenient but fine as it is the condition of the sale. However, I don’t understand the reason that they don’t just store this credit digitally, it is 2022 now! The staff gave me a little piece of card saying that I should treat this as cash, if I lose it, I won’t be able to recover the credit. So even they have member system and you get dollars for purchase under your account, you can’t store your return credit there. You have to keep your little card carefully until you use it. I think this unwelcoming system means they don’t want you to return anything so make decision carefully. Also, the girl working in the store was clearly having flu symptoms and only wore a fabric mask which meant nothing. I am not blaming her as she seems like a nice girl. The management team should have her rested at home instead of serving customer considering the current COVID situation. I used to like Kilt for its unique design and quality fabric, but I don’t think they take enough care of the customer and staff. You would expect better system and service for the price tag. I won’t be back again after using my credit (if I am lucky enough not losing it)

   Amazing store with the most amazing stylists! I LOVE the Kilt range and love even more that the range is ethically made in NZ. Their timeless garments are made to last so you definitely get your money’s worth. Highly recommend going in and trying stuff on - you won’t regret it!
