   I was gifted a one hour pregnancy massage with white crane, which i was rather excited about as i am in my last few weeks of pregnancy where those aches and pains are a little much.I rang up to make an appointment on the Monday for the Wednesday and all was well. I was then asked by my obstetrician to go and have a ultra sound done as there was a few concerns they had for baby. The appointment for that happened to be around the same time as the massage appointment. So as soon as i found this out i called white crane at 10:05 AM to which they did not answer, so i left a voicemail explaining the situation and asking to re-schedule. To which i received a voicemail 2 hours later saying that if i didn't make the appointment my gift certificate would be void, as i was supposed to call by 10. This is the first time i have heard that a certificate would become void if i was unable to attend - even though i had unforeseeable issue's come up, as well as only being 5 minutes late to call at 10:05 AM because they did not answer. Also, i was not notified when making my booking that there was a certain criteria around re-scheduling. My mother owns a beauty and massage business and she has never done anything like this, hence my confusion about this whole matter. Obviously i can't say whether or not the service white crane provides are great. However in my opinion i find this whole situation quite unprofessional, seeing as they have taken someone's hard earned money, without delivering the service. Will think twice about using them again.

   I am not reviewing the actual massage (as my wife has not had it yet) but I want to thank White Crane for the fantastic help they provided in arranging a birthday gift at very short notice. I really appreciated the extra effort in making sure I had something lovely to give my wife on the day of her birthday. Peter

   I starting coming to see Roberta at the end of my pregnancy and haven't stopped - a year later. It's been amazing for all my post baby aches and pains, not to mention restorative on so many levels. Roberta is passionate about her work, but always professional. I can't recommend her enough!
