   I would like to give a special thank you for the out standing work David and his team did on my Nissan Micra. It was a challenging job given that the parts were difficult to find and when they did arrive they did not meet David’s exemplary standards and had to be reordered elsewhere. Despite this annoyance David stuck to his original quote and I am very pleased with the standard of the work. He has kept my car in tip top condition for 10 years and I can recommend him as a mechanic to any sensible car owner.

   If I could give them zero stars I would. Last week I was told (by their customer who we bought the vehicle from) to come on Monday so we set a time. The vendor advised they spoke with Dave and confirmed time of 12pm. Drove 45mins today only to be told that they are very busy and to come back tomorrow. It’s a bloody 1.5hr round trip for me. Absolute shambles this business. Has no electronic records of vehicle servicing either. If you lose your paper invoice there is no way of knowing what was done when. Charges are high as well. Stay away.

   Told me $1000 for parts and go through insurance then when I went to drop it off was told they don't deal with insurance companies after I emailed claim no previous day! Went else where part $55 labour $105. 00 got car back in 2 hours
