   Took car in to have a look at what I thought were pits on the windscreen. A great guy came out, straight away, had a quick look and assured me the small stone chips were fine and were of no risk to the windscreen or to creating further damage. Saved me money and time, which is perfect.

   Back in 2020, I was sent here from the Penrose branch to get my windows replaced. The staff here are not very accomodating and was very racist towards me asking if if I can speak english because I couldn't Talk! I couldn't talk back because of shock that after waiting for weeks, they ordered the wrong size window and I have had a broken window for weeks! To that racist staff, Excuse me but can you speak other languages yourself? I can speak 3x languages including English! Never coming back to this place again.

   Quick and quality service! Had my windscreen replaced - was originally told the job would take at least 2hrs but was back on the road within an hour and a half. Would highly recommend to anyone needing glass repair in Auckland Central!

   Took multiple days to even get contact with them, I called many times. Once had contact everything was great but end result again shocking. They installed a damaged piece of glass onto my car, multiple scratches and damaged tint, not even the same as the original as didn’t have the heating lines. They apologised and said they would sort a replacement, yet weeks have gone by and I keep getting told they can’t find another… then lose contact all together. Great job.

   Needed a company rear window to be replaced got in touch with Novus , Michelle rang me back and organised it in short notice , she was very helpful and responsive, the technician did a great job and replaced it in time . Thanks Michelle's customer service skills and the technicians skills would make me only use them moving forward for all our cars. Thanks team!!
