   I personally would highly recommend this company and have gone back multiple times, it was highly recommended to me through a work contact. Both Carmen and Richard are lovely and super friendly and the work office has a very professional and friendly atmosphere. I have Carmen as my accountant and I highly recommend him. I personally didn’t know much about the topic of things like tax returns etc and he’s very knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable and now I feel so much more confident about this topic. I definitely have found my go to accountant firm and accountant, that I will always go back to if I need any accounting help and I would highly recommend Carmen if you need a accountant. - Olivia

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced they are not friendly or helpful or welcoming as paying customer!! Would highly recommend avoiding this bussiness.. reception girl would have to be the most rudest customer service ever !

   Would not recommend this company at all as paying customers I was given the most disrespect from the front receptionist who was a tanned younger lady she is the worst customer service I have ever received and felt un welcome as a paying client. Will be trying to make contact with the boss to make a complaint against her

   African receptionist or office manager was a snobby, mean, nasty piece of work who looked down on us and was scared we would break things in the office. Super rude which made for an unpleasant experience. Can’t believe they have clients with that attitude towards others. 0/10 stars - wouldn’t recommend!
