   I met Lee through an Icehouse event and have since partnered with the FrankHQ team to help keep abreast of our business at a board level, develop our business plan and improve the efficacy of our board meetings. We are a family business with strong personalities so his involvement as an independent has been of huge value for us to consolidate ideas and plans, get them into a business plan and overlay that in our Management Report by way of a forecast and budget - step changing how we operate. I initially had resistance at a board level bringing them on as "we don't need another accounting firm". Any concern quickly evaporated and all members saw the value the FrankHQ team added as a business development partner - Their accounting services is second to none, but merely a tool in their offering rather than a cornerstone of their business. Lee brings with him a highly capable team, a wealth of knowledge and a huge amount of contacts across industries to help us in day to day operations as well as conduct due diligence and analysis of opportunities and projects. I cannot recommend the FrankHQ team highly enough. I don't know how we were operating without them all these years!

   I have been working with Frank accounting a short while but super impressed with their processes and the way they do things has uncovered some really big "gotchas" from my previous accountant. These people are really nice to deal with, do everything above board and they know how to "get down to business" and get things done - guiding me into best practice and giving me a more realistic view of our business. I say realistic because they have put things in place that help me avoid the "end of year tax shock" and setting up provisions to give a more balanced monthly view of costs taking the peaks and troughs - and giving me KPI's that I can easily measure. Highly recommend this company!

Frank Accounting have the most amazing team of professionals, and you know when you are dealing with them that everything will be dealt with in a timely and classy way. They exude professionalism in everything they do. Greg is also amazing to be able to run ideas past, and he's always willing to talk through the best options of growing your business or your assets, giving you a clear outsiders perspective on what you are considering. Not only all of the above, but the team's ability to continually think outside the box to come up with creative ways to support you and your business inspires you to do the same in your own environment.
