They know about every product they sell. Mitre10 and Bunnings may have cheaper prices, but Wrights only sells stuff that lasts!
Prior to buying a new mower from Wrights Outdoor,went to the two main retail outlets, one outlet didn’t make any effort to talk to me the other I had to ask for advice and the hour I spent on goggle I knew more than him,just hopeless Went to Wrights great service , answered all my questions , purchased the mower came with tank of petrol , oil and tested Highly recommend,don’t bother going to the mega stores.
Hands down the best store experience I have had , heard my needs and gave me options. And gave me realistic options and solutions to my issue. Every question I had there was a sufficient answer , and when I needed to come back to get more parts they had stock , will definitely be my first stop for any equipment needs
I highly recommend this store for purchasing any sort of garden or lawn care gear. I have bought a couple of mowers, a chainsaw and various other bits and pieces from them over the years. Fantastic service. I took my flymo in for repair - they immediately identified the issue and provided me with a time and cost estimate. for repair, both of which they beat by a good margin. I'll definitely be back next time I need help, or a new mower!

These guys are great! Refurbished my Victar mustang which had spent a year in the rain. New motor, bit of a spruce and she's as good as new (better in fact... more powerful). Saved me several hundred dollars on getting a new one.
I took my old Masport 4 stroke in for repairs . The guys at Wright’s sourced second hand parts and did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost . Their service is exceptional . Highly recommend them .
