   I’ve been a regular customer since the store first opened and absolutely love all the products! The prices are great and I wear the clothes to the gym or pilates all the time. Every time I’ve been in, the customer service has been spot on, they’re always so helpful with finding the right size. I usually have to go one size up from my usual since it’s Asian sizing.

   I don't buy masks that often but their masks are magnificent. They never smell and you never smell your own breath. The fabric is a good quality. I can't wait to get more! 2024 edit: forgot to mention but it's probably the most bang for your buck gymwear. great quality while still being affordable.

   Poor service and racist. May husband and I were the only two customers while we were shopping. Since The female shop clerk noticed l speak Mandarin, she assumed l can't understand English immediately and treated us like we were idiots. She always ignored us and keep chatting with her colleague in English, when l was standing in front of her waiting her assignments. The weird waiting last until another clerk noticed she rude behavior, and kindly asked her to do her duty. Then the arrogant clerk response her clerk reluctantly, and eventually let me pay my stuff. Base on my shopping experience, this female shop clerk is not suitable for her job at all. She is rude and hardly provide any service.

   Good quality, reasonable price, the store is always clean and has good music! The only thing I recommend if you’re shopping is definitively to size up 1-2 sizes for best fit!

   Visited this store today, was thinking to get myself new leggings. 2 staff were there, one female and one male, but none of them greeted me or asked to offer any help. They saw me looking at some items but were just chatting with each other, didn't seem to care I was there, even when I walked past them to see other items inside the store. Another customer walked in and they said hi to that person, but nothing to me. I felt unfairly treated so just left with disappointment. I went there today because one of my friends told me good things about Xexymix but I couldn't get any customer service today and I don't think I will recommend this place.

   The only thing bad about this brand is that you cannot unexperience it. Ever since this brand opened in New Zealand, I can't wear any other sportswear with the same level of appreciation. This shop itself is very clean and the interior is pretty. Also, the staff there were so friendly :) Please make sure to check out this place, I promise you won't regret it!!
