This company needs to seriously reconsider it's marketing. My wife and I received and email claiming that and I quote "Your dad asked me to send you this" considering both our fathers are deceased and that my father-in-law only passed away on the 6th of May; this is highly offensive!!
Really great pans, it was a fantastic Christmas gift. We use it every day and we’ve got no complaints.
Hands down some of the best customer service i have had. Great communication. Pans turned up quick and they are incredibly well made, eork lioe a charm. Highly recommend.
