   Jardin were so good at putting together a furniture design for my outdoor area as i was overwhelmed by the selection. Unfortunately 1 Fermob item i received was faulty. i notified Jardin and they immediately delt with the problem. The item was replaced with no hassle or argument. they are so professional and a great company to deal with selling beautiful quality products.

Placed my order, received confirmation, a PDF invoice (perfect for those who are designing on behalf or plan to claim purchases as part of expenses/fit out). Items were dispatched quickly, all communications were clear, and my order was packaged very well. I found the items correspond exactly to the listing on the website, which was easy to navigate, and packed full of information. If only all my online shopping could be this easy!
