Bought a beautiful Italian King sized bed here and had great service getting it delivered and assembled up north at the time. No other furniture retailer would even consider to organise this. Sleep gallery had their own staff do this long trip, at a reasonable price, absolutely fantastic. After having to move back to Auckland sooner than expected, I had an issue with one small hardware part during the move. Monique was amazingly prompt to arrange someone to come out to check the issue, and within less than a week I had at the headboard fixed despite being slightly outside the warranty period! Now THAT is very rare service these days indeed. You guys deserve every customer you get from this review because it is so hard to find good old fashioned honest, prompt and knowledgable service. Thank you so much again!
The ladies at Sleep Gallery were so great, they knew their products so well and could help us find exactly what we wanted. No pushy sales tactics, just working with us for our needs. I purchased a lovely Dreamwool bed last year with help from Monique. Her expertise was second to none and she was super patient while we made multiple visits in store to help to select the perfect bed for us. Since then, I've purchased bed linen and other bedding accessories, always with Monique's helpful advice. I wouldn't shop for a bed anywhere else.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We did a custom order on a bed base and frame, and Adam made it so easy. Seamless experience! Great communication, very accommodating and the final product was better than what we expected. Absolutely love it! Even the delivery experience was amazing, they use their own team rather than a hire company so the product arrived in perfect condition and the team were wonderful, very friendly, careful with going up the stairs and paintings etc. Highly recommend. I went in for some knowledge about good quality pillows options. It was a great hour of information and experience. We came away with brand new beds pillows and headboard. We are so happy to hear experience and learn about the quality in these danish made essentials for our renewed bedroom.
We recently purchased all beds for our home from the Sleep Gallery, Parnell and We just LOVE the whole experience!! Coming into the showroom with very little information, Narae and Adam were so helpful explaining every detail to fit what we need from mattresses, base, sheets, down to duvet inners and covers. We also decided to customize our headboards and surrounds, and the color and sizes are just perfect. Definitely recommends Sleep Gallery for anyone who needs a new bed at their home, especially Tempur beds β€οΈ Sleep Gallery has the most complete range of Tempur selection and the service is beyond incredible.
