Went into the High Street branch to buy a specific Tee, and was told by the staff the colour was “out of stock in store and online, and won’t be restocked until March 2025”. So I purchased two different colours in the same style. A couple of days later I happened to be at the Britomart branch, and spotted the colour I’d wanted and in plenty of stock, so did a physical purchase, and was told I could take the other purchases back to the High St branch to get a refund. I then found out when I did this, AS Colour’s return policy does not allow returns, only exchanges (as another reviewer pointed out, it’s a tiny sign which is designed to draw as little attention as possible). Had to then speak to customer support, and was told I could get a refund in 3-6 days. I left the brand new unworn items with them in store as I have now what I wanted from the Britomart branch. It’s been 6 days, and I’m rating them 1 star, because the refund never came and they stopped responding to my emails. If anyone at AS Colour is reading this, here’s some free advice: 1. Train your staff better at interpreting stock levels; 2. Hire more empathetic people, your staff seemed pretty indifferent to your customers’ problem which originated from being misinformed in the first place For a brand with national presence, this experience has been really poor.
BEWARE! they don't do refunds and they don't tell you!! I bought a pair of shorts that looked faulty with a baggy weird looking cut, looked off. Next day i tried to return them only to find out they do not do returns. They hide behind a little sign with tiny font that no one sees, at the counter...saying they do not do returns. They also tell you that you can see this policy inv the ticket they give you after you purchase! First and last tine buying here. Which store doesn't do returns? Completely deceitful!

Great minimalistic clothes, good deals, friendly staff, nice music (90s hits when I went). The only thing this place needs is a mirror by the hats.
