   Great product, interesting staff. Walked in the store prepared to buy something special for my wife’s birthday. Was wearing my uniform as I was on a lunch break. The saleswoman looked me up and down, obviously decided I couldn’t afford Ted Baker, so completely ignored me. Went to commercial bay and spent $500 on a top. I’ve never experienced that sort of elitism before. My apologies to Ted Baker for wearing my law enforcement uniform in store. Next time I’ll dress up a bit!

   Love Ted Baker, this store is well setup. However staff are on another planet. I took. Items to the counter, 3 staff standing there. 1 was drawing something on another staff members arm, the other was on their phone. I had to say hello 3 times before I was noticed. Disappointed.

   Gone in there several times in the past year because I love the clothes. Service always cold. Latest visit - three people in the store, none greeted or acknowledged me even as I looked at them to gauge if they worked there as they chatted none stop to each other. Hire some customer service people please, not these no mannered muppets undeserving of a job

   The store is nicely set up and has a nice range, but I found the staff to be somewhat unengaging. We went in two days in a row and both times we had to approach staff for assistance. The second day we were looking at a display and trying see if there was someone who could help us, there was a person standing near us the whole time who we thought was a customer, it turns out they actually work there but they never even said hello or anything like that.
