   Contacted Parnell Workshop at short notice to have my brakes fixed. I explained we were travelling back to Gisborne.They were able to get me in immediately, the super excellent service and the excellent customer service are beyond words. My vehicle was ready on agreed time, I really appreciate all that was done for me. I highly recommend Parnell Workshop as the place to go in Auckland. If you want a personable experience this is the team who can provide it. Thank you to the most efficient team I have ever used.

   I was delighted to hear from a neighbour that there was a place close to me that would reliably carry out WOF test on my Honda Jazz. I was dreading driving through the traffic to Newmarket. Jack at Parnell Workshop was pleasant and helpful - yes he could fit me in the very next morning - and he did just that! I had the Jazz to him by around 8.30 am and he called me an hour or so later to say the job was done and I could pick it up at my leisure. It was even helpfully pointing in the right direction which is more than helpful for someone not in the first flush of youth with the added problem of arthritic joints. Overall a really good experience!

   Had an excellent experience with Parnell Workshop for my recent WOF, service, and general maintenance. The team was super efficient and what really stood out was how they took care of getting my wheel alignment sorted same day through a nearby tyre shop - saving me the hassle of organising it myself. That alone was a huge win and really showed their commitment to great customer service. The workshop itself is clean and professional, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend if you're after a trustworthy, no-fuss workshop that goes the extra mile. Thanks again to Jack and the team!

   Great service! Was visiting Auckland and had my front and rear lights out, which needed urgent repair. They didn't have the parts available and informed me that they had to order them in. I was expecting them to tell me to come back a week later or so, but they told me to bring it back in a few hours and it should be good. They fixed it in around 10 minutes. Best part is it only cost $86.

   These guys are sweet as. One of the best service experiences with any vehicle I've had; I wish this shop were in my home country because I would happily take their advice exclusively. Karl diagnosed and fixed a knocking and squealling noise in my suspension within a few hours on a Friday afternoon, and has my '95 Yota running smooth as again. Fair price and quick service. 10/10 reccomend

   So pleased Ive found Jack and the Parnell Village Workshop. He has a rare enthusiasm and passion for classic 4WD's. They are the full package, extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer service, prompt and very good value. I take all our vehicles there now, even though it is not our closest option, it is always well worth the trip. Would highly recommend.

   Jack and his team went above and beyond replacing my flogged exhaust with an aftermarket unit on my 80 Series - even though nothing on the kit fit properly! With no questions asked they went ahead and remounted the entire system, now it sounds and drives great (thanks to the lift kit they installed as well). Awesome crew to chat to, they definitely know their stuff.
