I recently contacted Storm by email on the off chance that they had stock of a blazer in my size (it recently went out of stock online). As it turned out, I got extremely lucky, and there was one left. Theesh was incredibly helpful from start to finish. It was a fantastic experience, truly amazing customer service. She confirmed the blazer was in stock, arranged for it to be held, and then added it back into their stock when I came in to pay for it to ensure I didn't miss out on it. Then, she made arrangements for it to be shipped up to Auckland from Queenstown for me. I couldn't speak more highly of the experience I had.
