I visited the store on Monday to do some shopping, and I really loved the vibe of the place. The staff were very sweet and polite. Hanie helped me in such a calm and thoughtful way, taking her time to pick out the shirts that suited me best. She truly has an amazing eye for style. I ended up buying two shirts and two pairs of earrings she chose for me

Great.. I bought one brilliant colorful summer dress here, owner lady(I guess) never lost kindness and smiling when I changed 3 times coz my size wasn’t fit. She even recommended gorman outlet shop around there. Very warm cozy feeling at shopping.. Thank you ma’am… Happy new year…x

This is for the online store, not High Street. Don't buy. They lost my order, then found it and said they ran out of stock. I tried five times to contact them before that. The High Street store said they'd help me out, and never followed through. HOPLESS

BEWARE, my daughter applied for a job there and was strung along for 2 months with the definite promise of work, 2 interviews and some hours of work then told she would be told the following week where in the group she would be working over Christmas only to be told that the boss was now on holiday and no body knew anything and anyway all the positions were now filled!! Really terrible especially now as all the holiday positions have dried up. Shame on you Gorman, word of mouth though is a wonder thing though and I know a lot of people.
