   I had a great experience and the clothes are so nice and great quality. A while ago I was looking for a dress for a black tie event. The elder shop assistant, unfortunately I don't know her name, was so helpful with choosing a dress. She gave me great advice on what should one wear to an event like this and what looks good on me in a very professional manner!

   To the kind hearted lady that was outside yesterday making coffee. Thank you for the coffee albeit I offered to pay and the delightful conversation. To the lovely Indian customer service representative I spoke to who worked at the store to confirm the coffee lady was outside the right shop prior to me writing a review - thank you for your warm hearted impeccable service with a smile. It may be a great idea to have a coffee cart out there on a Saturday so for those girls with boyfriends, the boyfriends can have a coffee outside and the girls can shop to their hearts full content, e.g. maximise profits.    Had a garment that shrunk while following all washing instructions on the label, took it in to this store to try understand what had happened and received a phone call from the manager telling me I had to have put it in the tumble dryer as this was the only way it could have shrunk so much. I tried to explain the process I used to wash the garment only to be told “lots of people have this piece and this has never happened to them, you must have applied heat to it”. Very unhelpful service, very unhelpful store manager who only wanted to play the blame game, and left extremely unsatisfied, with the problem still unresolved. I loved the piece of clothing I had bought, and considered it an investment item. Will never shop here again, or recommend this brand to anybody.
