   Dreadful customer service. Was tsk tsked for looking at all the washbags, which were poorly displayed, to find the right size. Then when I asked for them to be gift wrapped as they were a gift, I was told she would give me the wrapping paper and I could do it myself! I was then told she didn't have time as a mother of the bride was coming in and "she had an appointment" and she was the only staff member on. The staff member then wrapped my items and attempted to be friendly but by this point I was feeling rushed and that I was a nuisance. I mentioned to her that all customers are important. Please don't take your stress out on the customer. Roster more staff on if you are under pressure, or make appointments for after shop hours. I felt I should have gone to my local Christchurch store where nothing is a bother for the ladies there. Poor customer service which left a sour taste.

   My friend and I visited Anna Stretton in search of MOB/G dresses. We we enthusiastically assisted by the wonderful staff, nothing seemed too much and I did walk out with a beautiful ensemble for the wedding and an extra top. Top service! Beautiful and lush materials, I’d like to come back for more, budget allowing.
