   After a rear-end accident, Panmech handled the assessment side extremely well. Their team communicated clearly, kept me updated, and made the insurance process much easier to manage. They were prompt in arranging access to the vehicle, outlining what was needed for the quote, and confirming what had been sent through to the insurer. Overall, very professional, organised, and easy to work with — I genuinely appreciated their support during a stressful situation.

   Panmech are AMAZING. After a google search which showed they were the BEST in Newmarket, I arrived for an assessment. Was told I needed to let AA, who I was insured with, know because they were not AA approved. Went to AA, told them Panmech had the best reviews and I wanted them to do my repairs. I think AA were impressed and I was given the go ahead. I needed two lots of repairs done - one via AA claim and a scrape on the other side that I was going to pay for. I was emailed two separate quotes. Paid the excess for the AA claim but put my repair on hold, I needed to save to pay for the repair. Repair only took 2 days - I was very impressed. It was the day after I picked my car up when I walking around it I noticed both sides of my car had been repaired. I went straight back to their office totally overwhelmed and was told by the lovely receptionist to please don't worry but I spoke with Mark who also said it wasn't a problem and not to worry about it. I was in tears and gave him a big hug. Thank you so much for caring you guys are AMAZING and my car looks fabulous

   Now that I have recovered my log in to my google account, I can post a review for Panmech! Just want to say they did an incredible job on my Wrangler. The driver door was smashed up and they immediately took my insurance job under their wing, sorting it out wasn't a stress. Obviously ordering parts are the delay but it is well worth the wait when you receive quality repair at the end. Thank you for doing a splendid job on my bitsy car.

   horrible experience and awful service from panmech. They ruined my Car and we are forced to take legal action against them. panmech will not own up to any of it and TOLD US TO GO AWAY! Extremely rude both Jason and mark. I dropped off a clean car for a collision repair 5 days later I was shocked when I saw the car! Dirty hand prints all over my interior. Extremely poor quality paint job. None of Panels lined up properly. Overspray all over the car it’s shocking. Exhaust pipes were still damaged and didn’t line up properly. My tow bar was replaced with the wrong part. it’s 100ml shorter than what was originally on the vehicle and to top it off even the diffuser was cut different.(NOT A LIKE FOR LIKE) They Curbed my tyres. took the vehicle back for them to remedy our concerns after 5 days the vehicle came back worse! Cut and polish compound all over the car! Cut and polish Damaged to drivers side headlight. Same tow bar. Paint is extremely uneven and can tell it’s been badly sprayed from a kilometre away BE VERY CAUTIOUS DONT TRUST PANMECH
