We suddenly had no TV signal, asked around for companies and prices. Abdul replied, very friendly, uncomplicated and also offered the best price. So we picked him. And let him know that we are Deaf. Not a problem for him, he came on time, communication went sooth by writing, and he cracked the problem within 10 minutes. Awesome service.
When my elderly mother’s tv stopped working, we contacted Abdul late on a Saturday. Abdul went round on Sunday, and when we realised the old tv had died, Abdul went home and returned with his daughters tv so my mother had something to watch. By Tuesday Abdul had purchased our preferred new tv, installed it with a new compatible aerial, tuned it in and spent time making sure my mother could work the remote. Abdul went above and beyond and treated my mother with care and respect. The invoice was more than fair, and Abdul didn’t charge weekend rates or his extra running around on the Sunday, in fact he discounted as she is a senior citizen. Service was fast, and good job was done at my Onehunga property. Unfortunately a HUGE let down was that he tried to overcharge me. Sent me an invoice with a different amount that we had agreed on. This is very unfortunate as i now have lost trust in this man. I had lots of future jobs planned for him, as I own a large amount of properties that needed security cameras installed and TV antennas. Thank you for the work. But unfortunately we wont be doing business again.
I asked Abdul to visit fairly urgently as my elderly parents had suffered an aerial issue, whilst I was visiting them from Waiheke. He came that morning and fixed the issue quicky. He's a lovely guy and super experienced. He gave my parents a senior citizen rate too which was super thoughtful. Thanks Abdul. Would definitely use again if needed.
After having changed service providers our TV channels were no longer streamed via fibre optic so we had to resort to live TV. The problem was our old aerial would not tune in all the channels so we found TV SIGNAL SOLUTIONS on Google and our friendly technician Abdul was with us by 6.45pm that evening. In the meantime by pure coincidence the aerial cable had disengaged in the high winds. In no time Abdul installed a new aerial in our attic solving the Live TV problems immediately. However our TV being an early Smart TV did not come with the vast selection of preloaded apps and programmes available nowadays. Abdul said the TV could easily be updated to that standard by installing a "dongle" which he did and then gave us tuition on navigating the new setup all for less than the cost of a replacement TV! Abdul's no fuss, no problem attitude along with his knowledgeable approach to the job and his friendly and empathetic manner to our less than tech savy minds was much appreciated.
