I recently sent several pieces of luggage and a TV from Auckland to Christchurch, and I’m really impressed with the service. From the pickup to the careful wrapping of my items, everything was handled professionally. My delivery arrived on time exactly as requested. Very reliable and smooth service
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff — shocking for a business that relies on customer service and customer satisfaction. Experience was very poor. When I asked to buy a box, the person simply brought it out and practically threw it at me, with no effort to assist or engage. He clearly wasn’t interested in helping or even being polite. No respect was shown for the time and effort customers take to bring parcels in for shipping. Overall, a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service or wants to trust that their parcel will be handled properly.

Very reliable with all the cargo options, be it a sea freight or air freight. Easy to deal with and they have a sea cargo shipment every month making it very efficient. No shipment delays so far. Highly recommend. The charges are very reasonable as well.
They do not even deserve a single star. The guy who works at Auckland branch in Mt.wellington is nit polite and has a very dull customer service. You got to change your rude and rough attitudes when dealing with the clients mate. Shame on you.
All our shipped items were stolen when they received. We tried contacting them but kept ignoring. Never use this service
Very good service, I send parcel from Wellington ( agent Mohan Sudusinghe) to SL and I was being given full instructions of the packing, content, prices, Custom duty etc. and delivered the parcel to home directly in Sri Lanka without loosing anything, I took photos of all the content and send to my brother in SL and he matched all stuff as per my photos, Managed to send a wine box (5L) +Wine bottle + 3 Tablets for skl kids without any extra custom tax even. Ask Mohan / Renuka for those secret instructions, :)
Very bad. They are charging as they feel without transparency. I asked price giving the real measures as printed on box. They gave me the amount. But after going there, they charged more. When inquired, they told measurements changed. My two boxes were 0.5m3. They changed 260$ whereas it is mentioned 200$ for 0.5m3. This happens as customers have no choice.
Never use this service. Today I had to wait more than 5 hours to get my stuff cleared at Transco Wattala Sri Lanka which I received from Auckland. See reviews of Transco wattala to get the real picture about their service.
I have arranged delivery from Auckland to Wellington, I was promised it to be delivered to Wellington on Friday the 03rd December, and no one call me on Friday, when I call them been rude and ask me to email, then told me the delivery will be done Monday or Tuesday. Still did not happened. Then email me saying Wednesday or Thursday and then on Wednesday morning I gotta email me saying it’s gonna be next week (20th or 21st December) it’s been over 3weeks, I made the full payment and this is the service I’m getting, please send me the operation manager”s contact details
