Molemap only assess your skin and points out potential melanoma, they are not reliable for care, support, surgery, or treatment of skin cancer. If you are concerned about skin cancer, find a provider that offers experienced assessment, treatment, and surgery, rather than a poorly trained melanographer who cannot offer you medical advice. There are many providers out there, and their skin check appointments are considerably cheaper.

Not Recommended. Cancelled my appointment on my arrival due to the internet being down - NO phone call beforehand to say they could not complete my booking. An absolute waste of time - it was a 45 minute round trip to get there. This was my SECOND unsuccessful attempt at a skin check by this company. Will NOT be using them ever again. **update: the company has now emailed me another clients confidential skin report. Dear oh dear. Be very wary.
They provide an invaluable service and have very friendly and professional staff. It's not the comfortable experience, having to take most of your clothes off and be photographed, but the staff have always made it a worthwhile experience, and you can't put a price on the peace of mind which comes from knowing that you won't get any nasty melanoma surprises. That being said, it's a bit on the expensive side, but absolutely worth every cent if you've got quite a few moles
