   Worst medical centre my family has been, administion is a mass, reception bad attitude, good doctors don't stay there. I highly recommend moving to other medical centres unless they have a management change.

   Terrible service. Booked in an immunisation shot for our 2 year old 4 weeks ago. Booked for opening at 9 but he came out 15 minutes later. Young Nurse came out, mumbled the name and then barely said anything before going “I’ll have to check we have any” before storming out and coming back saying they don’t have any stock. Receptionists are no help and very rude. Terrible service.

   You wait for hours on the phone to book an appointment! And if you go in to book upfront their always fully booked! Useless clinic to be honest, all of the reception team should be fired! There should be an option to give them no stars!

   Although they are cheaper than other GPs, the reception staff are very rude and don't know how to use the words please and thank you. It's not that difficult to be pleasant especially if you are working in a service industry. I hope it improves because it's rather embarrassing...for them.

   It is very cheap comparing with others GP, receptionists are very busy and under lots of pressure. Doctors serve heaps a day as the centre is very busy because it is very cheap So DO NOT EXPECT A GREAT SERVICE. Pay more to get more. I was with them for 5 years, never had any problems but I can see the staff are not kind and help like the usual in NZ The doctor appointment is always rushed but good.
