DO NOT BOOK WITH βHostZβ ON AIRBNB IN THIS BUILDING! Absolutely disgusting conditions and the host is more concerned about their Airbnb rating than our health and safety. We noticed very concerning signs of bedbugs and the host said βthanks for the feedbackβ They ruined our trip, made us have to relocate at 9pm across Auckland to what was available last minute, and now we are extremely concerned we have picked up bed bugs.
No aircon built into the unit we booked and only one fan provided
building manager can open your room at any time without your permission this is the worse experience I ever had β¦ no privacy at all
Very poor in the cleanliness department. Dirty windows, kitchenware, sofa stained. No milk in fridge on arrival
First impressions are the useless front desk service. Gone right off the place, and only been here for 15 minutes.
