They are amazing...! I've been a regular client at this garage and they never let me down at one time when I drop off my truck or SUV for Service, WOF. They go further then just fixing breakdown, they advise and support you when ever possible...
Ethically questionable and aggressive attitude when questioned. I'd suggest photographing car before leaving it there, as when I collected my car after 3 weeks the bonnet hydraulics didn't work or were swapped, spark plug shroud was different and broken, and air filter box had my old K & N stuffed in with only one clip secured, 2 were unclipped and 1 was missing. The response was "do you know how old your car is? Things break". Was hoping for an honest mechanic, unfortunately that was futile. Was told I accused them of stealing and left bad taste in their mouth, which means I'm not welcome back. Not to mention the 10 mins of playing the victim. Bad attitude and customer relations. I'd also keep me eye on the junior who was responsible for the slack work. Glad I checked it before leaving unfortunately I paid first. Be vigilant.
