I’m usually reluctant to publicly criticize others, believing in open-mindedness and mutual respect. However, I must share my recent disappointing experience with this mechanic. Benny was unprofessional and rude when I requested a quotation for repairs. He dismissed my request, claiming my car was too old for him to quote on. This was particularly frustrating given our previous dealings where we replaced parts through him. My request was straightforward: a quotation for headlights, door handles, repairs on the right side mirrors, and a few other minor issues. While I understand he might consider the repairs not cost-effective relative to the car’s value, I still expected a rough price range. Instead, he shunned me without even considering the possibilities. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was disheartening.
Reliable, friendly and reasonable price for great job done. I highly recommend this workshop.

Afew years ago I was getting a wof and as Benny was jacking up the car it slipped on the hoist and cracked the side skirt on my 80s classic. I polish this car weekly, I watched it happened and he still denied it to my face and told me it came in like that. I took about 5+ cars there a year, but I have never been back since...
My car failed WOF because of excessive hand break, Benny fixed that problem however manage to create another (bigger) problem which failed WOF once again, my left hand side break completely stopped working (worse than before). He knew he messed up, once I came back to pick up the car I was unhappy with the fact that I knew my car wouldn’t pass (yet again) he got angry & did not want to fix his own problem, told me to go elsewhere. Was very rude & walked away from me when I was trying to talk to him. He may charge less than others but his work is not good. Safe to say I will never return.
The worst workshop i have been and running by a old unfriendly mechanic. He failed my WOF and didn't tell me they can't repair anything even a bulb before i came in. I have to go the other place to fix my car. What a joke! This workshop only do inspection with terrible attitude. Bad customer service. After fixing all issues of car that he pointed out in the other workshop . He even rudely pull my bumper and said my bumper is not soild. Anyway, dont come this place if u wanna have a good day！ really piss me off!
So sad. I loved this place and had my friends and family come here. My WOF was not entered correctly into nzta. I had to go back to bennys from my home in Henderson so that I could get a rego. They gave my sister a $25 WOF to make up for it . The car should of failed a WOF as the front lights weren't working. Bye bye benny motors The trust has gone I hope I can find a good mechanic
