   We bought a Mini 800 for our lawns at our Havelock North home. We have 1000sm of flat lawn, all connected so no crossing driveway traffic. Our sales contact was Christina who was tending the northern part of HB on a temp basis. She has since relocated to Taupo for Robomate. She was just terrific. Helpful, didn’t oversell and we got exactly the right machine for our job. She was helpful in commissioning as well. Five stars. The product- our robot (named Robby) - has been in service since late August. Over four months continuously. No maintenance problems. We had to call Christina initially and Customer Support with some “How to” questions. But must of the maintenance is self administered and easy to do. The package comes well equipped with easy instructions. He does a good job of cutting. Never complains or wants a day off. What’s not to like? Verdict 5 ⭐️ so far for product.

   I have a lifestyle block with about 2 acre of paddocks and lawn to mow. For 18 years this has been quite a challenging task on my sit-on mower, as the property is partly quite steep. A year ago my mower required an expensive repair, therefore I decided to look for alternatives. The Luba2x 4WD, 10,000 from Mammotion, distributed by Robomate was the perfect choice, it has changed doing the lawns from hard work into a pleasant experience. I highly recommended Robomate, the staff is very helpful and are always available if I have any questions. Mammotion also has a 24/7 support line on the App. Great product and support, highly recommended. Best decision I have made in a long time.

   My Luba 2 lost a rear red light cover somewhere on his daily journey. I reached out to Robomate to see if they would be able to source a replacement, and very quickly received a phone call confirming that they had a part, and would send it out immediately under warranty. No questions asked. The part arrived just 3 days later, which is superb for a rural delivery. Part installed. Happy days. Excellent service from the Robomate team.

   I recently bought a Mammotion Luba 2X from Robomate NZ and honestly, it’s awesome! The mower works great — super easy to set up and keeps the lawn looking mint. Big shoutout to the team too — I scratched the camera cover not long after getting it, and they sent me a new one straight away, no hassle at all. Really good service and communication. Highly recommend both the Luba 2X and Robomate NZ — top gear and top people

   I purchased a roborock 7 plus about 10 months ago after researching and reading reviews. My recommendation is DONT BUY IT! It has no sensor in the dust bin so I have to supervise it to empty it every 20 minutes despite having a dock which is meant to fulfill this role. I spend more time cleaning the robot to remove dust and debri than it would take to manually vacuum. A huge disappointment and waste of money. It cost $1300 plus!. The top of the range at that time.

   First time customer. Got the ecovac T9+. Chat to the support online found out they offer same day personal delivery in Auckland if I order before midday. If I order after midday it will be delivered the next morning. Thought to myself, this sounds too good to be true lol). Proceed with my order that day. I got a call 45mins before delivery to confirm if the time is suitable for me. Amazing. Delivery was on time. The staff were nice and told me if I need any help setting up just give them a call. On the box there is a large bag labelled “service that knocks your socks off.”, and hand written thank you note and a free pair of socks. Haha what a fantastic experience. Absolutely love a company focus on customer service & experience. Would highly recommend everyone to buy from robomate. It’s great to support NZ local businesses but more so we should support business like this amazing company that going the extra mile to provides top customer service and experience.
