    Very poor customer service ! I had no receipt but I had my bank transaction and they refused to replace faulty soxs! I’ve shopped there for many years!! Hardly a way to treat loyal customers- So buyer beware!!

    Since factory x bought it from Julia gorman the standard of clothing has come crashing down. Cheaper material and gaudy colour for colour sake. Julia gorman thoughtful collaboration with artists is what made this brand great.

    I love the colours. First time I visited I bought two dresses, awesome service from one of the staff, not so much from one who took the sale, who wasn't going to be bothered folding my purchases until my husband said something. Went in today, looking for something particular, two staff talking to each other, totally ignored, didn't acknowledge my presence after walking around the store several times- missed a chance for a sale due to lack of any service. Need to up your game,
