The service at Just Jeans today was exceptional. I stopped in briefly to pick up a couple of summer tops, and I was impressed by how well-organized the store was. The shelves were well-stocked, and everything was easy to find. The improved lighting made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by the sales associate. She went above and beyond without me even having to ask. After trying on a couple of pairs of jeans, she thoughtfully brought over additional styles she thought I might like. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience memorable. I left feeling truly valued as a customer.
Went in to Just Jeans Newmarket today 16/09/23 looking to replace my G-Star jeans with my wife. The blonde woman working in the store was already helping another customer, who looked as though he had been there a while deciding on what to choose, however this did not phase her - she was so very patient with them and us as we tried on different styles. She definitely went out of her way to help and felt she had a real passion for her job. Absolutely stand out customer service!

Went in to just jeans newmarket this morning 13/10/22 looking for jeans for my partner. The woman who was working in the store was so helpful and went out of her way until we found exactly the right fit and colour. Stand out customer service from this employee.
Completely disagree with the comments about poor service, came in last week with my youngest received the most amazing service walked out with 4 pairs! The “blonde bubbly girl” also went above and beyond to help my daughter find a pair of wide leg jeans which she taken off! Love this place, was greeted and Helped the entire way through by every member of staff.
Went into the store the other day. The girls there were so helpful, finding me the right pair of jeans. Grace one of the staff members was especially friendly and made my experience great.
