Unreliable & Poor Communication We booked hearing tests for our 7 staff weeks in advance, confirmed multiple times, and set aside Monday specifically for them. On Friday afternoon — one business day before — Healthbox cancelled, saying emails “may not have been picked up” because they have three admins. This is unacceptable. The late notice has completely disrupted our schedule and forced us to scramble for another provider. Poor organization and zero accountability — not a service you can rely on.
