   Sat on hold for 14 minutes before speaking to reception for a repeat prescription appointment, only to be cut off by the receptionist after giving my daughters name and what we needed to say that someone will call me back. No explanation of when or who. And she just hung up with no goodbye. I miss Barbara’s service.

Thank you Nurse Ruby for your kindness and compassion. I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you. About 2 weeks ago; the receptionist Amelia, was super helpful over the phone, she answered all my questions and booked my appointment efficiently, especially appreciated as a new first-time patient. Thank you Amelia.

   I hear you Christine Evans. Likewise we have been with Milford Family Medical Centre for decades. It used to be great - bring back the reception staff like Barbara and Jill - they knew what the word "service" meant. Unfortunately we too have had "no service" when requesting a repeat prescription. It is now at the point my husband is out of certain meds and we are still waiting for advice that the pharmacy has had a script sent to them. Very, very disappointed in the way patients are now treated.

   Very disappointing service and support by the clinic. My family and I have been with you guys for a number of years, receiving pretty average service most of the time but always found it too hard to change… but after the treatment received today by the clinic manager when I called to ask for repeated prescription was just too much. I don’t need to feel like I’m begging for a favor every time I need medical service. I’m tired of it. Moving all my family to a new clinic and will make sure o let everyone know about it your disregard and rudeness.

   Receptionists very helpful. Easy to get a booking with docs. Nurse exceptional. Don't mind waiting - they look after you well and I know that if you are waiting it's because someone else needs added attention - not always predictable.

   It is time this practice uses technology to update patients of delays. It is not acceptable to book an appointment and expect people to hang around for 30 minutes to be seen (given they know this in advance), I'd go out of business if i did this. It's not hard to pick up the phone and give a heads up (or text us) so we can postpone or just arrive a bit later. We all have one of those friends who just never show up on time, this practice is that friend...

   Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. Rude doctors, particularly Dr. Eva, who talked over me/cut me off mid conversation, failed to listen to my questions and then charged me for a conversation that they called me for (to reschedule an appointment). Barbra from reception is lovely and helpful though. Would not recommend this place.
