   Absolutely Terrible transport company. My Vehicle was collected in Nelson last week Wednesday 15/01 once collected it only traveled around 30kms to the PTS branch near Nelson where my vehicle sat there for a further 5 days, My vehicle only started moving again Tuesday Morning 21/01 towards Picton where i was told by PTS customer team it would be on the afternoon ferry, but yet again no surprise there another lie, as my Vehicle is still sitting in Picton as of today where I am now told this morning it might only get on a ferry in the next 2 days. Guys, my Vehicle only needs to move from Nelson to Auckland which is maximum a 2 day travel time basing it on a minimum driving time 6.5 hours a day. So I am yet to recieve my Vehicle and considering all the other reviews i can only hope my Vehicle will arrive with zero damages. Will never recommend PTS to anyone. It would be cheaper and easier to drive the vehicle yourself.

   Pick up my car from the Dealer on 24th and will be delivered on 14th Dec after calling them 3 times and getting transferred to different places . If I had know the estimate delivery time I would have not booked it . I went with the recommendation of the car dealer . After reading the reviews hopefully my car gets delivered with no damages . It would have been cheaper to fly to Auckland and drive it back to Tauranga .

   23/12/20 0 communication apart from 2 automated emails. Was advised it would be a 3 day transfer and car has not been moved anywhere for 72 hours. Yes close to Christmas but there is no excuse. No public holidays have started yet. 29/12/20 Today is deadline day, it is 3PM I have had to chase the PTSL up on multiple phone calls today. 2 were directed and no answer and 1 was monotone but did help somewhat. Anyway vehicle still not been delivered still no phone calls advising me they're an hour away incase I'm out or something. Very very disappointed in the overall service. Just hope my vehicle is in the condition it should be when it arrives. The price vs competitors reflects the service. CHEAP AND NASTY!

   Damaged 2 of my cars transporting them from south to north island . Broken wing mirror , cracked taillight , large dent in bonnet , ( thanks for leaving the Honda badge on the passenger seat :/ ) 2 large scratch marks on front fender panel . I launched a compensation claim and have heard nothing back . “ Mark “ who handles all the claims never answers his phone . I have before and after photos and provided as much information as possible . Given the rest of the complaints on here and the attitude of some of its office staff I think a 3.3 rating is very flattering . Not enough competition in the sector to put these guys out of business .

   TERRIBLE... TERRIBLE... TERRIBLE!!! We booked for a vehicle to be transported from Wellington on 30th January 2020 and received it in Auckland on 18 February 2020!! The yard was closed so the driver decided to ILLEGALLY park it on the footpath... Only if there were 0 star ratings!

   Very impressed with how fast they delivered my car to wellington from Aukland! It was picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday morning. Emailed the company to find out when the car would be delivered they responded very quickly, Very professional how they also do a vehicle inspection when they pick up. Thank you!
