I’ve heard good reviews for indoor cricket so was happy to join a social netball team there. It’s not a place for social netball. Grading doesn’t actually happen. They just take your money and put you against the same teams again. The refereeing is not consistent at all which is difficult if you are a beginner

The fact that they call it a "social" netball league is a joke. Would not recommend if you are new to netball unless you take joy in losing majority of your games.

Rules and regulations in superleague need to be addressed. Absolute farcical at times, and completely biased. If you dont want teams/players to purposely start exploiting loopholes and making the games un-enjoyable i suggest fixing these issues promptly.

I have played netball at AC for many years, for the most part I’ve loved the game, the refs and the management. Sadly, I will no longer be playing there. There are now multiple refs who don’t care if aggressive players are physically intimidating and deliberately injuring their opponents. Even after it’s pointed out and continues. We have a few teams in our division who clearly play dirty and just get away with it. I’ve had a female player constantly jam elbows into ribs (even when the ball isn’t around) clearly getting a kick out of doing it. Upon informing the ref I was told to “push back”. I made it clear I wasn’t comfortable playing like that and got waived away and ignored. In multiples games we’ve had men play so aggressively against woman that after a couple of quarters they become too intimidated to go for the ball for fear of getting hurt. The refs just watch the obviously aggressive play and seem totally fine with it. Netball is not a contact sport. I don’t trust the refs nor the management at AC to keep the game clean and safe. It’s super disappointing that this has become normalised.

Absolutely dismal experience at the action sports. Staff (Dave) were rude, racist and unhelpful, showing no interest in customer satisfaction. The receptionist seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making it a challenge to navigate the facilities. Moreover, the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from the staff detracted from the overall experience. Management should consider investing more in staff training and customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

One or two umpires show some competence, but the rest of the umpires are utterly useless. The rules are embarrassingly lenient, allowing players to exploit multiple grades. It's a guarantee in lower grade leagues that you will be up against super league players during the finals, rendering the competition unfair and frustrating.

Indoor facilities are good.. cricket and netball can be played.. only issue is the washroom, just one toilet sink for so many ppl..

We called on action sports for our son's 9th birthday party and were happy with the event. The guy helping them play soccer, cricket and tag did his job well. We could take our own food. The price was reasonable. Most importantly the kids had a good time!
