Great venue! So versatile! We had a kid friendly event we could pick from lots of activities to chose to have on the day. The kids had so much fun. We would book again. Daphne and her team were so helpful before and during the event.
Travelled to NZ for a wedding a few weeks ago and the set up in this warehouse space was Amazing! Already recommended to so many of our family & friends. Guttered we live across the ditch as this type of warehouse space is rare to find for events. 5+ stars!!
We attended a wedding at Dafs Playground a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect. The space was huge. It was kid friendly. The amenities were easy to access (toilets etc) suitable venue for all events. Would highly recommend
I attended an event at Daf's Playground and was very impressed with the set-up. The space accommodated a large number of guests, however, it still felt intimate. A very enjoyable experience! I have been raving about the venue to friends/family, it’s truely a fantastic space!
If you are looking for a venue in Auckland, look no further than Daf's Playground. I have booked multiple venues for events in the past and have never had an experience like this. We used the venue for a wedding in May and the space was perfect to bring our dream event to life! The large warehouse space has the ability to be anything, and Daphne was super accommodating throughout the whole process to allow us to make the space our own. We had over 200 guests a ceremony and reception (including a sit down meal) and utilised the fully equipped kitchen, transformed the space into a bar, dance floor and developed the outdoor area for the kids. We had numerous compliments throughout the evening from our guests that this was the best wedding they had been to, and that came down to the venue and relaxed atmosphere. Venues like this in Auckland are rare! Notably, the professional and friendly service, huge creative space and ability to transform with limited restrictions. This space is a huge asset to the Auckland community! Highly recommended.
DAFS playground was a great space for our 6year old’s birthday party. Daphne made the booking process super easy with efficient communication and friendly service. The space was well set up with our choice of their in-house toys and equipment on arrival, all we really had to do was move in for the afternoon! The space is super adaptable for whatever you might want to bring in additionally and the large fully functional kitchen meant we could bring in our own food easily. Facilities are clean and tidy and lock up was super easy. Best of all the kids had a great time!
