Temu has better quality product. Printing a stupid madeup word upside-down and thinking it's an automatic qualifier for being a premium brand is peak stupidity.
I have been to Ilabb store in Dress Smart few time and I had pleasant experiences but I could not say the same about online store customer service, it's beyond bad. Rating based on my recent experience about Ilabb brand.
Shocking lack of customer service. Staff preferred to chat amongst themselves today, Saturday 02nd Nov '24, than attend to customers. No acknowledgment or even a greeting when we approached the counter to pay for the items we found on our own. The disdain you treat your customers is quite staggering. Thankfully there are plenty of other good quality brands around than to put up with or step foot back into this store.
Ilabb make some of the most trash clothes on the market. They have a cool, catchy name which suckers people in, but the quality of their gear is very poor. Falls apart at seams, sizing is terrible and materials are the same you get in clothes that are a fraction of the cost.
Loving this brand becoming popular in the last 5 years.Different style from the other retail stores which is good the caps look cool. I bought a pair of shorts and of good quality.
The pair who were working 11th March were very polite and helpful. I also finally found the style of singlet that I've been trying to find for ages.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an online order and returning it was a complete nightmare. Noone answered calls or returned messages. When I finally got my return accepted I had to pay for shipping which was expensive. Top marks to you for making my worst online purchase experience to date.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Until now loved the Brand. I made an online order 3 weeks ago. It was not fulfilled and after 5 working days I emailed them. It took them 48 hours to respond. They said it was "in line ot be packed" but couldnt provide a time frame. 4 working days later I sent an email requesting an update. No response. Now been 16 working days. I have sent 5 emails and requested a refund - Only the original email has been responded to and they refuse to take my phone call!!! VERY UPSET CUSTOMER
I been @ this place trying to buy a jacket only for the staff their to say you gotta go too Mt Eden across the road from the prison to buy that jacket poor as customer service team that time I went in
