Bought a T Shirt of some Medium size and I am very happy with my purchase. Have bought some before from the Outlet Store in Westgate and this Store is now my Local Store. Will be back again as per my requirements. Many other things on special too. Come in to have a look.
On January 27, 2025, I returned a pair of shoes at the Onehunga store in Auckland. The staff informed me that they could only refund points, not cash, and gave me a receipt, telling me I could use it to offset future purchases. Today, November 25, 2025, I went to the store to purchase something and tried to use the amount on the receipt to offset the cost. However, the staff told me that the amount on the receipt had already been used on April 9, 2025, at 3:30 PM. But I didn't purchase anything from the store, and I didn't even go shopping on April 9, 2025. So who used my receipt to make a purchase?! It's impossible for a customer to know my refund receipt number. Only two staff members processed my return; they knew my refund receipt number because they only told me I could use the receipt to offset my next purchase, not that I could directly enter the refund number. Therefore, I reasonably suspect that one of the staff members entered my refund receipt number to make a purchase, as only the staff knew which number to enter for offsetting the cost. Today, an elderly woman in the store told me she couldn't do anything, couldn't find out who used this receipt to make a purchase, and couldn't find the security footage from that day. Her attitude was extremely rude, which made me very angry. Please find out what happened as soon as possible and refund my money immediately. This is outrageous; the customer didn't even shop in the store, yet the money is gone! It's unbelievable! I will continue to complain until this is resolved!

Have always supported under armour because their shoes have been the best for me over the years. Customer service is a lost art..firstly fix your machine so it doesn’t automatically charge customers 1.5% surcharge if they choose to not use paywave SIMPLE! It’s not the $1.50 it’s the PRINCIPLE!! Next train your staff to treat customers with respect your manager today reacted with “It’s a bank charge” then when I asked for a refund she then went to the til and gave me $1.50! Of course I can afford the $1.50 but it’s my choice to not pay the surcharge so again FIX YOUR MACHINE!!

Product Range Nice but Customer service needs to be improved . Me and My mate bought hoodies 2 for $100 . We only asked for extra bag as we both live in different directions. A straight no on the face from a girl who was wearing lot of rings and Charm . Under Armour Onehunga if some body spending $100 I feel like there is no harm in providing an extra bag if customer explains the situation .
I m super fans of under armour. A little but disappointed not very good deal as in the outlet .....
