   Went in Sat 21/01/23 to buy brake pads for my Corolla. I was given the wrong pads for rear breaks. I returned the pads on the following Monday. The guy who served me never say sorry for the stuffed up. I travel few kilometers to get there and back. I advise that your staff needs more customer service training

   Your staff wearing cap and stretched ear pierce was very rude today over the counter when served me at around 4.45pm, has absolutely no customer service skills. I work in a nearby company and buy products almost every month with friendly staffs and today he refused to give a trade discount and was asked if I had an account. VERY DISAPPOINTING, this guys needs some CS training.
