Utter disrespect for the people living in the neighbourhood. Often have loud, repetitive music playing until late into the night.
A very good tango school with excellent teacher from Argentina, who was a winner of several tango competition in Argentina. Unfortunately the landlord have been neglecting the building, and it shows on its floor. Some area are quite slippery while some have quite a big gaps. Though most are still reasonably danceable. The founder of the school is a very lovely and friendly lady with great smile; who will make you feel right at home. Unfortunately, she passed away a few months ago.
